50% of the fee starts the search and opens the auction platforms under your name. The rest is due only after a car is won.
You get a full report on each lot. You name the maximum bid — we never cross it.

You choose the car yourself
With Manheim access: $150 before we open the account, $150 after the car is won.
Copart / IAAI only: nothing up front — the full $300 is paid after the car is won.
We find the car for you
$400 before we start — that is 50% of the fee.
$400 after the car is won.
The auction holds a deposit before we are allowed to bid. On Copart it is 10% of your maximum bid, with a $800 minimum. On Manheim it starts at 20% and depends on the vehicle. If we do not win, it comes back to you or moves to the next attempt. If we win and you walk away, it is retained.
After the car is won you have 3 calendar days — not business days — to pay the remaining amount. If it is not paid in that window, the deposit is forfeited.
Once the contract is signed, the prepaid part of the service fee ($150 or $400) is non-refundable — whether or not a car ends up being bought.
Both packages include help arranging delivery and our advice on carriers. The transport itself is quoted separately and is not part of the package price.
Auction fees, taxes and transport are paid on top of the service fee — we always show you the full number before you commit.
